Annoyance means the feeling of agitated and unrest. Who or what is experiencing annoyance? What is the cause of annoyance? What can be the resolution?

范例1：
Doug heard the foot tapping of a few customers around him, and he could sense their annoyance. As if being able to read Doug's mind, one staff member finally made the wise move to take this particular customer with a long list of request aside to take the order as well as to double-check , ensuring there would be no mistakes. Perhaps instead of mind-reading, it was just that the agitation of all the other crowd in the restaurant was just too overwhelming. With the time-consuming customer out of the way, the line was progressing along much faster than before.
