The award show went with healthy side dishes to accompany the heavy main courses. Sweet potatoes make a fantastic pair to most meals with their natural syrupy flavors that emerge once they’re roasted. We love trout as a main course, because there are so many things you can do with this delicious fish. This trout is slow-roasted in black garlic — could you ask for a more mouth-watering main course? Taking center stage will be the filet of beef with a marinara crust.
