        Random means without a set pattern or path. What is random? Why it is random?

        2) picking randomly from a menu when unfamiliar with the type of cuisine in a restaurant

        4) what seems random can form a pattern when seen from a different perspective

        With that plan in mind, Wolfe picked up a document envelopment and put a random report inside. Of course, he did make sure that report was not of any significance. Holding onto his prop, he headed downstairs to the magazine office. He did not have a plan, really, but he always thought he was good at thinking on his feet, sort of. Whatever came his way, he could handle it. When the elevator opened on the floor of the magazine office, the scene he saw was not as chaotic as what he saw last time.
