　　Graft在这里指“贪污、受贿、赃物”，如：The agency tries to clear the graft, waste and inefficiency out of government.(该机构试图消灭政府中贪赃枉法、挥霍浪费和效率低下等现象。)另外，graft也可用作动词，指“用不正当方法谋取”。
