        Steve: You haven't moved from your desk for about five hours Mike.史蒂夫：你在桌子旁边差不多五个小时都没动了迈克。
        Mike: Tell me about it! I have two submissions due by 4PM today and I am way behind.迈克：你说我该怎么办！四点之前我要交两个报告，我要赶不及了。
        Steve: I know that the reports are vital, but so is your health.史蒂夫：我知道报告很重要，可你的健康也一样重要。
        Mike: My health is fine - I haven't had the flu at all this year.迈克：我的健康很好，这一年我都没得感冒。
        Steve: But what about your eyes and hands?史蒂夫：那你的眼睛和手呢？
        Mike: They feel fine. Why are you asking about my eyes and hands?迈克：它们很好，你为什么要问我的眼睛和手呀？
        Steve: The HR department says that we should take a break for five minutes every hour to rest our eyes from staring at the computer and our hands from typing.史蒂夫：人力资源部的人说我们应该每一小时休息五分钟，让一直盯着电脑的眼睛和打字的手休息一下。
        Mike: Really? I didn't know that.迈克：真的吗？我不知道这些。
