        话题：
        Writing: imagine a scenario or express your opinion
        Explanation
        When questions are raised, people seek an explanation. What is the question asked? What is the explanation provided? Does the explanation sound reasonable?
        This week's topic: The reason for the occurrence was that... (90-110 words)
        Suggestions:
        1) reasons for solar and lunar eclipses
        2) a student explaining why the homework was not completed
        3) children explaining that they have no idea why or how the vase was broken
        4) officials explaining why they see the need to go over-budget for a project
        5) Instead of writing a scenario, feel free to comment on the story below. What will happen next?
        范例1：
        Sean was surprised to see the amount the project was contracted for. It was much bigger than the regular contracts he had seen with national corporations. At the same time, there was no breakdown to indicate how the money was allocated. Another thing which puzzled Sean was that there was no clear explanation as to the purpose of the study, and no write-up to explain the findings. The names of the personnel involved with the project were also omitted from the documents. This project fascinated Sean, and he wanted to find out more.
