背景介绍：
外行正在改变世界。纵观全球，越来越多行业中技术革命是由“外行人”引起的。我们正生活在一个“外行改变世界”的时代。很多著名公司在招聘时也开始倾向于招聘具有“不同背景”的人。“外行领导，专业人士辅助”成为一种潮流。
话题：
1、你怎么看待“外行改变世界”这种现象？
2、这是不是意味着“专业”的重要性下降了？
3、谈论任何相关的话题。
范例1：
More often, when you read the newspaper, it is not uneasy for you to notice that an increasing number of laymen are becoming the innovative leader of an industry and changing our world.
On one hand, the contribution of a layman is obvious. Normally, they don't have a rigid mindset which might restrict their performance sometimes. Meanwhile, their specialities in other areas enable them to see things in different perspectives. Besides, their insistence of asking some 'stupid' questions may lead a radical revolution for the whole industry. These might be the reasons why more and more companies tend to recruit the graduates from different majors.
On the other hand, we should never underestimate the great importance of professional works. Most creative ideas, after all, have to be carried out in the help of professional guys and experts. Without them, those ideas can be nothing but fasinating concepts on the papers.
范例2：
An expert in a certain field presumable has a lot of in-depth knowledge about a particular subject, but the greatest strength can be the greatest weakness. The in-depth view may be limited by the decreased scope; he or she may not being able to see the problem from another perspective. When you only have a hammer, everything looks a nail. No matter how fancy the hammer is, its use may be limited. It is better to have more tools in the toolbox. An expert's knowledge can be outsourced, but a jack-of-all-trade's ability to integrate ideas and generate new concepts is not as easy to replace.
