《英文天天写》是沪江部落一档写作类节目，其目的在于提升大家的英语写作能力。每期节目主持人都会给出一个话题，积极参加的童鞋还会得到主持人的专业点评哦！想提高英语写作的童鞋千万不要错过哦！
背景介绍：
在雅思general training写作考试中，task1就是英文书信的写作；而在平时工作或学习中，Email或信件书写也是非常重要的一项的技能。
说到英文书信的格式，和中文的差别还是比较大的。以下是七宝自己总结的几个归类和自己写过的例子(仅作参考）：
1. 学术类Email format：

以下是我的加拿大外教老师Lily写的一封邮件，比较随意和自然的交流：

How are things going, sorry I missed the time to call but it is too late to call, but just wanted to connect and see how you are doing. Exams finished I bet you feel a lot less stressed. What are your plans now? We are heading to the states at the end of June...we hope as things are not yet finalized for our return to China. It is our hope to head to Changsha on the 15th and spend a few days there...we will then be heading to Shenzhen to do our documents that will take some time and so I think we will be spending a bit of time there until it is done. We have yet to book our flights and hope to be home the end of June...wonder if you could get an American visa to visit in Virginia...otherwise you could visit with us in Canada when we arrive there which is the beginning of August...not sure your plans but let us know...we will be driving across America to Canada so could be a fun road trip..will be on Vancouver island the beginning of August.

从称呼可以看出比较简洁，直接用的nickname，而且内容表达也比较口语化，不是考试类型的语言。这类书信的表达在国外相当常见也是用得最多的。
5. 雅思G类写作task1 ---背景信息 写作任务：
可能不是很多考试选择G类雅思，因为这类考试一般是移民的目的；A类的雅思写作是留学的目的，task1是图表的描述；G is short for general training, A is short for Academic.
其实英文书信的表达并不比图表描述容易，而从可用性来说，书信表达更实际有用。
Format:
Dear Lily:
I am writing to tell you that ... (explain the purpose of this letter-写作任务一) move to a new house due to the job change.
XXXXXX (introduce the new house-写作任务二）the new house is located in xxx and it has 3 bedrooms.
