        背景介绍:
        Recently, there's a reported that those who preferred to stay up late demonstrated the kind ofintelligence associated with prestigious jobs and higher incomes.
        Psychophysicology experts said that evening types tend to be the more extrovert creative types - poets, artists and inventors, while morning types are often seen associated with civil servants and accountants.
        话题:
        If you are an evening type, do you think you tend to be more creative?
        OR
        If you are a morning type, do you think you did well at school rather than at work?
        范例1:
          For me, of course, I'm the evening type. In the evening, I usually have a lot of inspiration to write sth. However, in the morning, I always feel tired, especially before the noon. But in the evening, I can stay awake until at noon and do my work more efficient than in the morning.
          So how do you spot if you are a morning or an evening person? I think it is very easy to spot. A lot of people wake up without an alarm clock in the morning, these are morning types. While people who need a clock always and at later times, should be more evening oriented. I am usually forced out of bed because of my work, I acquire a sleep debt because I go to bed later than morning types.
          No matter you are a morning type or an evening type, just suit you.
        范例2:
          Sometimes I get up early in the morning, sometimes I go to bed late. I cannot tell the difference on creativity between two types of living habits though many people say that there is more quiet time at night. When I do something full of passion, I sleep little. For instance, to write my master’s thesis, I slept less than six hours per day, and that condition lasted about two months. Then, I finished the first draft and my mentor said it was good. But due to a lack of sleep, I have fallen asleep in an important meeting. So, unregular life habit is not a good example. Being healthy needs enough sleep.
