        The Prosecutors on Wednesday have asked the judge to sentence Dr. Murray（Michael Jackson’s  doctor） for four behind the bars, and in another court  defense attorneys for Dr. Conrad Murray,  58, wanted to convince Los Angeles trial judge Michael Pastor to sentence their client to probation. The final hearing will come on Tuesday and Pastor will be ruling out sentence for the Doctor is currently behind the bars.检察官们在周三要求法官判处莫里医生（迈克尔·杰克逊的私人医生）服刑4年。而在另一个法庭上，莫里的答辩律师们，则想说服洛杉矶的主审法官迈克尔·派斯特，为58岁的莫里缓刑。最后审讯将由帕斯特法官宣布，并于下周二进行，因为莫里医生现在正在蹲监狱。
        The case started off back in 2009 after Jackson was found dead in his mansion on June 25, it was just about three weeks before he was about to start a series of comeback concerts in London. Jackson was struggling with health issues and Murray was attending the singer at his residence and had given him the powerful anesthetic propofol as a sleep aid, which medical examiners said was the chief cause of his death. The Medical professionals stated that propofol was a strong drug and that shouldn’t be given at a home without sufficient staffing and equipment.案件的初始，要倒回2009年的6月25号（当时离他伦敦复出演唱会的启动只剩3个星期），杰克逊被发现在家中身亡。杰克逊在那段时间正与病痛作斗争，莫里医生则在他的住所照料他，并给他服用了强效麻醉用普洛福辅助睡眠。法医称，这正是杰克逊死亡的主要原因。医学专业人员陈述到，普洛福是一种强效药，在没有足够人员和设备支持的家中，不应该被使用。
        Prosecutors has requested for a maximum prison sentence of four years for Murray, for taking the advantage of Jackson’s trust in him, all while being under salary for $150,000 a month. Whereas Defense attorneys have filed the court papers stating that Murray’s medical career and character has to be given of probation and not jail term. They have also added that Conrad has got a history of giving treatment for poor patients though they could not pay the medical expenses.检察官要求判处莫里最高刑罚4年，因为他利用了杰克逊对他的信任，也对不起他15万美元的月工资。然而，辩护律师们归档了法律文件，认为莫里的医疗事业和他的品格应该得到缓刑而不是监禁。他们还补充到，康拉德也曾在病人付不起医疗费的时候，依然给予治疗。
        Murray is in jail since November 7th waiting for court verdict, and Pastor gave a decision to keep Conrad in remand until the final judgment is given.莫里从12月7号就在监狱中等待法庭的裁定，帕斯特法官已决定让康拉德还押拘留，直到法庭做出最终的判决。
