        Just Surrender是一支来自纽约的四人乐队，以前叫A Second Chance。最早Just Surrender 乐队是由尚读高中的Jason Maffucci, Andrew Meunier和 Steve Miller三人组的。 然后他们找到了主唱兼吉他Dan Simons，开始为出专辑筹备资金。

        2005年Andrew Meunier 离开了乐队，取而代之的是Alex Haycraft，2008年3月7日，原吉他手Andrew Meunier 回归乐队，AbsolutePunk . net 写到：“Just Surrender 的fans们可能已经注意到原吉他手Andrew Meunier 已经回到了乐队，而Alex Haycraft则变成了贝斯手，他们返回UK，正在制作Stronger Now 这张EP，将在7月9日发行，而在iTunes上发布日为8月12日。” 经过一段时间的阵容动荡，Alex Haycraft Andy Meunier 均已不再是乐队的成员。
