Check sth out意思就是“把......查出来/弄出来”
例如：

Swap sth for sth
“用......换......”的意思。例如：
Can I swap the chocolate for some apples?我能用苹果换点巧克力吗？
另外，要注意一个短语：swap meet，虽然在此片中没有提到，但是也很重要，指的就是flea market跳蚤市场。
You’ve never particular warmed to me.

On the right track
