        保护伞公司研发的T病毒持续侵袭地球，仅存的人类被逼到面临人吃人的绝境。人类唯一的希望全在生化人爱丽丝身上，当她从保护伞公司的秘密实验室里苏醒后，跑遍东京、纽约、华盛顿和莫斯科四地，试图追出散播病毒的凶手。

        Resident Evil: Retribution is an upcoming 2012 science-fiction action film written and directed by Paul W. S. Anderson. It is the fifth installment in the Resident Evil film series, based on the Capcom survival horror video game series Resident Evil, and the third to be directed by Anderson. The film has many returning actors and characters, along with new characters from the video game not featured in the previous films. Filming took place from October to December 2011 for a scheduled release date of September 14, 2012. The film will be released in 3D and IMAX 3D, as well as 2D.
