【口语解说】 kick butt
kick butt字面上当然是“踢屁股”的意思啦在这里，但这里是作为“打败、完败”的解释。除此之外，这个词组在口语中还有表示“很棒、很出色”的意思。感觉两个意思完全风马牛不相及甚至有点南辕北辙啊~~闹得某七好几次看美剧什么的时候都搞不清楚里面的人物说的是打败还是觉得很赞。真不知道老外是怎么造词的= =

。这里的butt可以用ass替换，当然啦，后者更恶俗一些……（其实两个都挺俗的……大家理解意思就可以了）
相关还有一个常用的俚语，kiss ass（蛮恶心的哦？），意思是“拍马屁”——咳，中西文化异同的充分体现啊：同体现在用的都是同一个部位（囧）表现阿谀奉承者；异则是表现在一个动口一个动手。显然在咱文化中动手的就不是君子嘛~~
