After being rescheduled due to some coverage of the storm in New York City, The CW has officially set Dec. 17, 2012 as the series finale date for the Upper East Siders.         Like last season's "One Tree Hill" series finale, the last episode will be preceded by an hour-long retrospective look back at "Gossip Girl's" six seasons. It will include clips from the show, interviews with the cast and producers, and serve as a sentimental tribute to the fans leading into the last episode. 和去年《篮球兄弟》大结局一样，《绯闻女孩》的大结局也会来一个时长1小时的对过去六季的回顾。包括过去的剧情回顾，演员、制作人访问，以及一个超催泪的方式来为大家开启《绯闻女孩》的大结局。
        As for the finale -- we know that two wedding scenes were filmed (Chair and Derena, y'all!) though there's no telling whether either of them were dream sequences. Penn Badgley was also spotted with his Season 1 buzz-cut, suggesting that there may be some new flashback scenes inserted in the finale.
