        And it looks like things are only going to get more involved before the murder is solved. TV Line teased two new characters for Castle’s fifth season named Senator Randall Stinson and Vice President Russell.
        According to the site, these characters could “figure into the conspiracy surrounding Beckett’s mother’s murder.”
        Gary McCallister did warn us that the case was “much bigger than you realize,” and the titles of these new characters imply that the conspiracy surrounding Johanna’s murder goes way up.
        There’s no word yet on who will play Senator Randall or Vice President Russell, but hopefully they’ll bring us one step closer to some closure for Kate Beckett.
