For complete healing, you need to understand that:要治愈,你需要明白:
1.To hold back your emotions maybe dangerous to your mental, emotional and physical health. The goal is to express your emotions in a natural way.压抑自己的感情对身心健康有害,所以要学会顺其自然的释放自己。
2. Healing is a process and deep heart’s wound takes time to heal. Healing comes as you forget the past and focus on your future.治愈是一个漫长的过程,尤其对于一颗深受伤害的心而言。只有你放下过去,直面未来,才会真正释怀。
3. Relieve comes as you divert your mind and energy to something more creative and useful.当你把心思和精力转向其他更有意义的事情时,你会如释重负。
4. Avoid bad habits. Never use drug or alcohol for getting over a broken heart.要避免坏习惯,千万不要企图用毒品或酒精饮料来度过难关。

Step 6: Associate with People
Associate more with people. It is better you associate with people who think and act like you. You can join a group and volunteer your time. Make yourself useful and available in serving others. 步骤6:与人交往

Step 7: Love Again
