                But first if you're going to be out food shopping in Russia in the coming weeks and months you may start to notice a change. Certain products that are normally commonplace on the shelves of shops and supermarkets could well start disappearing. It's because Russia has announced an almost total ban of food imports from countries subjecting it to economic sanctions over the crisis in Ukraine. Products from the European Union, the US, Australia, Canada and Norway are all for the chop.首先来看俄罗斯方面的消息。如果你在未来几个星期或者几个月在俄罗斯外出采购食品的话，就有可能开始注意到些变化：一些本来在商店和超市货架上很常见的商品开始不见了。原因就是俄罗斯宣布了一项全面禁令，禁止从几乎所有因乌克兰危机而对其进行经济制裁的国家进口任何食品。欧盟、美国、澳大利亚、加拿大、以及挪威的产品都将被禁。
