Well, our next guest. Spanish chef Omar Allibhoy has been cooking since he was just five. At that age, he was only making flans and crème caramels. But now he is one of Spain's best known chefs and he's on a mission to bring Spanish cooking to Britain. As part of his quest, he toured the UK on a motorbike, cooking Spanish food for people he met along the way. I'm delighted to say he's got off his bike and joined me in the studio now.
