        A: Mom, should I wear this to school?
        B: Your idea of style is rather laughable! You’re wearing your Dad’s cowboy boots, your sister’s ballet skirt, my blouse, and the dog’s collar! What’s going on, is today wear-the-most-ridiculous-outfit-you-can-find day?
        A: Nope, we’re supposed to dress like clowns.
        A: 妈妈，我穿这个去学校怎么样？
        B: 你对流行时尚的看法真是可笑！穿的是你老爸的牛仔靴，姐姐的芭蕾舞裙，我的衬衫，带狗的项圈！怎么？今天是什么要穿最滑稽服装的日子吗？
        A: 不是，我们是要扮小丑。
        【语言点精讲】
        laughable: 经常被用来描述某人对某某事物的看法是可笑以至于荒唐的，微带贬义。
        collar: 衣领；（狗等宠物的）项圈。
        ridiculous: 可笑的；荒谬的。
