Egypt's Muslim Brotherhood is calling for a nationwide day of rage two days after clashes between Brotherhood demonstrators and security forces left hundreds dead.
The new San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge is now set to open around Labor Day weekend as was originally planned. California transportation officials signed off on a temporary fix for the bridge's broken earthquake-safety bolts.
A strong magnitude-6.5 earthquake shook New Zealand Friday. The quake damaged homes and roads, but no serious injuries were reported.
And tens of thousands from around the world gathered in Graceland, the Memphis, Tennessee home of Elvis Presley. They were there to remember the King of Rock and Roll, who died on August 16th, 1977.
