Victor Moses has scored on his Liverpool debut to put his team in front. And again it has come from an error from Jonjo Shelvey.
We start in the English Premier League when Nigeria's Victor Moses scored on his Liverpool debut as they drew 2-2 at Swansea. The match was watched by the BBC's John Murry.
This will be remembered as Jonjo Shelvey's match. Having moved from Liverpool to South Wales in July, Shelvey was in the thick of the action almost right from the start, shooting in from an angle after comically miskicking in an initial effort at goal. But in this euphoria, within seconds of the restart, Shelvey passed straight to Sturridge who equalised for Liverpool. Not content with that, Shelvey then gifted the ball to Moses who went on to score on his Liverpool debut. Shelvey collected a second-half yellow card and provided the assist for Michu to hit his team's second-half equaliser. It was quite a night in the life of Jonjo Shelvey.
