                                                                                The truck whose oversize load caused the collapse of an interstate bridge in Washington State was hauling drilling equipment from Canada.                                                                                 A U.K. fighter jet was scrambled to divert a plane travelling from Pakistan to Britain. A British security official says two men were arrested on suspicion of endangering an aircraft.
