When they were home, my mother just yelled and criticized because nothing was ever perfect in her life. She dreamed of a different life but ended up living in a country far away from the city where she believed her dreams would have come true.
I enjoyed hanging out by the water. I would sit there for hours and stare at my reflection. There I was, looking nothing like a pretty ballerina dancer. Reflections don't lie. Once the waves would come, my reflection was gone. Washed away just like my dream to dance.只要他们在家，母亲就会喊叫。挑剔，因为在她的生活中凡事都不够完美。她梦想着另一种完全不同的生活。她坚信她的梦想都可以在城市里实现。但最终她却生活在远离城市的乡村。
我经常去湖边，在那儿坐几个小时。盯着自己的倒影。我看起来一点也不像一个漂亮的芭蕾舞演员。倒影不会撒谎，一旦水波荡来，倒影便消失了，正如我跳舞的梦想。
