A 13-year-old girl has been shot and killed on a school bus in Miami in the US state of Florida. A male student is in police custody.
Police say the girl was on the private bus headed to a charter school when a male student shot her. Police said they were interviewing him and not releasing any further details. The motive behind the shooting is not yet known. About 8 other students, including the victim’s younger sister, were also on the bus at the time. No one else was injured.
