                　　草莓族多用来形容1981年后出生的年轻人像草莓一样，尽管表面上看起来光鲜亮丽，但却承受不了挫折，一碰即烂，不善于团队合作，主动性及积极性均较上一代差。开始投入职场的“草莓族”，最大的特色之一，就是工作时往往没什么定性，只要有更好玩的工作，或是较高的薪水，就会见异思迁。
