Bankia lent heavily during the property boom. It was one of these regional savings banks known as cajas. And it lent lots of money that basically when the market crashed turned bad. These loans have gone bad and therefore it's made losses. So this injection of capital has come from the government because the government is now the biggest shareholder in Bankia so its fate is linked to the Spanish state. And essentially what we've heard today really is a sort of transparency plan, I guess, it's a sort of public offering on a day crucially when the markets were closed, of course, saying, "Look, these are our losses.
