点我回顾上一期【六级听力室】2011年6月真题短文2(2/2)Florence Hayes is a journalist for the Green Ville Journal, the daily newspaper in town. Specifically she covers crime in the Green Ville area. This responsibility takes her to many different places every week -- the police station, the court and the hospital. Most of the crimes that she writes about fall into two groups: violent crimes and crimes against property. There isn't much violent crime in a small town like Green Ville, or at least not as much as in large urban areas. But assaults often occur on Friday and Saturday nights, near the bars downtown. There're also one or two rapes on campus every semester. Florence is very interested in this type of crime and tries to write a long article about each one. She expects that this will make women more careful when they walk around Green Ville alone at night.弗洛伦斯是绿色康州杂志社（小城的日报）的一名记者，准确的说她报道绿色康州地区的犯罪事件。这种职责使她每周能够去不同的地方报道——警局、法院和医院。她采写的大多数犯罪可以分为两类：暴力犯罪和财产纠纷犯罪。像绿色康州这样的小镇没有太多暴力犯罪，或者说至少不像大都市那样多。但犯罪常常发生在星期五和周六晚上市区酒吧附近。每学期也会有一到两起校园强奸案发生。弗洛伦斯对于这类犯罪很感兴趣，每次他都会长篇大论每次事件，她希望这能够是女性更加小心当她们晚上一个人在绿色康州步行时。
