　　近年来，中国社会一个热门的话题就是国考(the NationalCivil Service Examination)-公务员热(civil servantcraze)。当年用来形容髙考的“千军万马过独木桥”，如今同样可以用来形容公务员考试，甚至与考大学、考研、留学热相比，考公务员热度更甚。原因之一就是公务员的职业稳定性优于其他各行业，有 “铁饭碗(ironbowl)”之称。另外，国家也为公务员建立了完善的保障制度，这使得公务员具有比其他行业更优越的待遇。工作稳定与福利保障使公务员成为许多年轻人梦寐以求的职业。
