　　公安部18日宣布，从今年10月1日起，在全国对外开放口岸实行中国公民出境免填登记卡、中外旅客中转过境免填入出境登记卡等12项措施，简化出入境手续。那么，“出入境手续”怎么说呢?

        　　Foreign or Chinese passengers who transit at a mainland airport for less
than 24 hours on their way to another country will not need to fill in entry and
exit forms from next month.
        　　The moves aim to simplify exit and entry procedures in line with
international practice and improve efficiency, a deputy director of the
ministry's exit and entry administration bureau said.
        　　报道中说，从下月起，24小时内在同一机场过境且不出口岸限定区域的中外旅客，将免填入、出境登记卡。公安部出入境管理局一位副局长表示，免填出入境登记卡是国际惯例，此举意在简化出入境手续，加快通关速度。
        　　这里“exit and entry procedures”即“出入境手续”;出入境登记表可以说“exit and entry forms”。
