今天我们要学习的是：前元音/ε/[e]和/æ/
        前元音/ε/[e] 的发音要领：
            前元音/ε/[e] 发音的时候，舌尖抵下齿，舌的前部稍微抬起，但是，舌位要低于上节课所学的/ I /，上下齿的宽度要容得下一个手指，气流呼出短促而有力。
        提醒：
        发音时注意别把 man 读成了“闷” 。
        别把pen 读成了 “盆” 。

/发音时，舌尖轻触下赤， 比/ε/的口型要大，下颌下拉。

/发成了/ ai / 。
