实用口语:“智障工人”用英语怎么说？

　　一份签订于2008年9月9日的《劳务协议》，将近来的残障奴工事件指向四川省渠县。在这条布满血泪的黑色利益链条的终端，是一个名叫曾令全的人，和他的“渠县残疾人自强队”。

        　　文中的"奴工"可以翻译为"slave labor"，而中国日报中的"mentally disabled workers"
就可以翻译为"智障工人","sweatshop" 是"血汗工厂"的意思。这显然是一个关系到"人权"的问题，那么人权用英文怎么说呢?
        　　人权的英文表达有三种：human rights; rights of man; personal right。
