实用英语表达：Central parity rate 汇率中间价
阅读财经报道时，若涉及到外汇牌价，常会看到“参考汇率”、“汇率中间价”等字眼，如何表达其相应的英文含义?请看《中国日报》相关报道：China's currency, the renminbi, has appreciated almost 5 per
cent since its revaluation last July, when China ended its decade-long direct
peg to the US dollar and switched to a managed floating exchange rate
regime.
Its daily benchmark, or the central parity rate for the US dollar, was
7.9087 yuan on Friday.
“参考汇率”常用“reference
rate”来表达，不过，报道中的benchmark在特定语境下也可表达相同的含义，指央行制定的“基准汇率”。
“Central parity
rate”(汇率中间价)每天由中国人民银行(央行)对外公布，是该日人民币与其他货币交易的“benchmark”(基准价)，“reference
rate”(参考汇率)指的就是央行公布的这个比价。
另外，报道中的“peg”指的就是去年7月份之前的“(人民币与美元)挂钩”政策。
