实用英语表达：保险费
一则骇人听闻的报道：为了得到30万元保险理赔金，吉林桦甸市一对母女设计了一个阴谋，给有自杀倾向的女邻居投保，在连续缴了两年保费后，发现邻居仍活得好好的，她们竟然在其饭菜中投毒，导致邻居家12岁的儿子身亡……请看《中国日报》相关报道：Ban and her mother are in custody and under investigation for

“保险”应该是大家最为熟悉的经济名词，借助这则新闻，我们可以区分两个“保费”——insurance
premium(投保人向保险公司交的保险费);insurance compensation(受保人遭遇事故后，保险公司向投保人支付的保险理赔金)。
报道中，母女两人最初为了得到insurance compensation(保险公司支付的理赔金)，就设计为邻居投保，向保险公司交付insurance
premium(保费)。但因邻居后来仍好好活着，母女不但得不到insurance compensation(理赔金)，还得倒贴insurance
premium(保费)，由此，才酝酿了这起谋杀事件。
