d.hate，love，like+doing--表示一种习惯
hate，love，like+to do--表示一次性的行为

would love/like to do：表示想要
i hate to disturb you，but can i come in for a moment please?
我不愿意打扰你，但我可以进来一会儿吗?
i hate disturbing people when they are busy
人们忙的时候，我不愿意打扰
i hate to (say)...
i hate to say i have no money，but i really need them
i hate to say，but i really have something important to do

如果以物体为主语，可以直接加动词-ing，表达被动含义
