《福布斯》最具影响力人物:普京连续三年榜首
全球最具影响力的人是谁?美国《福布斯》杂志给出了2015年度全球最具影响力人物排行榜，俄罗斯总统普京连续第三年名列榜首，中国国家主席习近平位列第五位。《福布斯》的这份榜单中共有73人，即在每1亿人中选出1人，考虑包括财务资源、影响力范围、运用影响力的能力以及所影响到的人群数量等因素。榜单上有国家政要、宗教领袖和商界大佬等知名人士。排名前五依次是俄罗斯总统普京、德国总理默克尔、美国总统奥巴马、教皇方济各和中国国家主席习近平。

Vladimir Putin has been named the world's most powerful person by Forbes
magazine for the thirdyear in a row.
The Russian President was followed by German Chancellor Angela Merkel, who
moved up threespots from last year to replace US President Barack Obama at
number two.
With Obama dropping down to third place, this is the first year a sitting
US President has notmade it into the top two on the list.
Pope Francis retained his place at number four from last year, ahead of
Chinese leader Xi Jinpingat number five.
Also in the top ten are Bill Gates, Federal Reserve Chair Janet Yellen, UK
Prime Minister DavidCameron, India Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Larry Page
in spots six to ten.
The Forbes Most Powerful People list is made up of 73 people - one person
for every 100 millionon the planet - and is published in November every
year.
Several factors were taken into account to select the 73: the amount of
money they control, thenumber of people they impact, their total spheres of
influence, and how actively they wield theirpower.
Notable names outside of the top ten include US Presidential candidate
Hillary Clinton, whoreturned to the list at No. 58 after being placed at No. 16
in 2011 and Facebook CEO MarkZuckerberg, who at 31 is the youngest on the
list.
