The little girl has been flown business class around the world and showered
with presents worth hundreds of thousands of pounds, from Louis Vuitton handbags
and Chanel and Tiffany jewellery to designer outfits, banquets and hampers laden
with chocolates and cookies.

don't know why people love Breanna so much. She does not have any special talent
that she is good at like dancing and she does not do much on camera. She only
does a little drama and smiles and poses.
