Given that everyone was working for the same company, even in different departments, a little courtesy was perhaps expected. Shawn was not offended, just a little surprised, so he peeked down the stairwell, and saw the figure disappears down the steps. The person was wearing a dark windbreaker and a cap. Since the cap was pushed down, the person's face was covered by shadows, not to mention that whoever it was kept the head down. During the brief encounter, Shawn caught a glimpse of the cap the person was wearing.
