Both suspended FIFA president Sepp Blatter and UEFA boss Michel Platini could face a minimum seven-year bans from football, if found guilty of corruption claims. World Football's ethics committee submitted their report which investigated an alleged "disloyal payment" of around $2 million made by FIFA to Platini back in 2011. More details from our sports news correspondent Richard Conway.
"It could be a minimum of seven years that both men are facing if these allegations are proven, if the Hans-Joachim Eckert, the German judge who's looking at them now, agrees now that stems from the thought that conflict of interest. One of the charges that both men are up against has seen others who have been charged similarly get a ban of seven years. But of course, Sepp Blatter and Michel Platini face other charges, mismanagement, false accounting, and criticism of the ethics committee, so that seven years could well just be the starting point."
