WASHINGTON, Nov.21 -- U.S. President-elect Donald Trump announced Monday
that he will withdraw the United States from the Trans-Pacific Partnership on
his first day in office.
华盛顿，11月21日--本周一，美国当选总统川普宣布，等他上任第一天，美国就将退出跨太平洋伙伴关系(Trans-Pacific
Partnership)。
"I’m going to issue a notification of intent to withdraw from the
Trans-Pacific Partnership, a potential disaster for our country," Trump
said.
川普说道：“我将发布一份意向通知--美国退出跨太平洋伙伴协议，那份协议是对我们国家一个潜在的灾难。”
Trump made the remarks in a short video in which he outlined his policy
plans for the first 100 days in office.
川普在一个简短的视频讲话中发表了上述言论，在这份视频中他还概述了自己上任百日的政策计划。
"Instead, we’ll negotiate fair bilateral trade deals that bring jobs and
industry onto American shores, " he added.

He also touched on energy, regulation, national security, immigration and
ethics reform.
