1. Pareto Principle (80/20 Rule)帕累托原则（二八原则）
The Pareto principle (also known as the 80–20 rule) states that, for many events, roughly 80% of the effects come from 20% of the causes.帕累托法则又称二八法则，其原理是对于大多数事情而言，80%的结果是由20%的原因造成的。
In 1906, the Italian economist Vilfredo Pareto, observed that 80% of the land in Italy was owned by 20% of the population; he developed the principle by observing that 20% of the pea pods in his garden contained 80% of the peas.1906年，意大利经济学家维弗雷多-帕累托发现，意大利80%的土地为20%的人口所拥有；其自家院子里的20%的豌豆荚里包含了80%的豌豆。
