There were also several customers coming in to order take-out. It might not be conventional, but there was no rule against a fine dinning restaurant providing a take-out menu. On the other hand though, no matter how well he was at managing and observing the happenings inside the restaurant, Hodge would not have know that outside in a vehicle, parked at the curb on the other side of the street, was a person keenly surveying the exterior of the restaurant and watching the guests sitting along the window seats inside the establishment.
