1、你认为你自己了解自己吗？有时候是否会觉得连自己也不认识自己了，迷茫了，看不清未来的方向了？
2、你认为现在的社会环境是一个容易使人迷失的环境吗？
3、当你感到迷茫时，你会怎么做？
4、你有什么好的方法使自己更好地了解自己？
范例1：
I hold the view that we live in the environment where individuality and uniqueness are much emphasized and there are different kinds of countless temptations and consequently we may lose ourselves once in a while. It is the case with me. As far as I am concerned, the best way to know the true myself is looking deep inside myself and the best way to look inside myself is keeping a diary. It is often the case that working days are too busy to catch and time flies. However, keeping a diary to a great extent means getting hold of time and the true yourself. Through the way of keeping a diary, we are able to look backwards every day meanwhile analyzing ourselves every day. When keeping a diary, we are listening and talking to ourselves with an open heart.
When realizing that you are on the edge of losing yourself, please do not be afraid and try to listen and talk to yourself and then you will know yourself better.
