背景介绍：
Last weekend, we saw the comeback of the great heroic Manchester United (MU) in the English Premiere League. Even though this season for MU is over and the return of hero is late, however, late is better than never. More excitingly, the watershed victory was directed by the legendary player of MU - Ryan Giggs, who is one of few players devoted his career to one club.
Perhaps it's too early to say that Giggs is the savior of the MU and his opponent of last game is not so challenging. But, all the fans could notice that the players' spirit and attitude on the pitch are more positive and aggressive than that under the lead of the previous manager - David Moyes. The magic point of a manager or coach is not only in the technical side, but on the morale and spirit of his team.

The latest release of The Economist commented the falling of MU's manager David Moyes as "Titans are hard to follow." I think it has two intonations: first, picking up a successor of a splendid leader is quite difficult; second, the lucky successor have to face both the ferocious opponents and the predecessor's legend.
Obviously, if there is a short slab in the team's lineup, the club could buy a capable player in the trading market. Even though the new player is out of the league, club could sell him back. However, a suitable manager is hard to find in the market especially for those rich and powerful clubs like MU.
The most ignored challenge for a successor is not the visible opponents in the pitch, but the invisible legency inside the home. Most of the legends are unspoken and unwritten, but the way of thinking embedded in daily behaviour. If the lucky successor pays less attention to this, the future of him is doomed.
