        背景介绍:
A record of 6.99m students are graduating from universities; and employers’ recruiting quota(配额)is 15% less than previous years. These two factors are making this year’s graduate employment situation worse. Reports show that by the end of April, less than 30% of students graduating from universities in Beijing and Shanghai found employment. The bleak(暗淡的)outlook for employment has resulted in many calling 2013 the “toughest job-hunting year”.
        话题:
What are the reasons behind the difficulty in finding employment?
        范例1:
Summer is coming, and so is a new round of farewell. With a record of 6.99m graduates, 2013’s job hunting is allegedly(据说) the toughest in history. However, whether it is true cannot keep a majority of graduates from putting themselves into the big pool both for a living and an ideal. There is no doubt that job-hunting is an uncomfortable experience in which you may distrust your own strength and your confidence, your dream, your belief may waver(动摇). This problem is not a new one, instead, it appears every year. But what on earth accounts for it? I think it should be treated both at a personal level and a social level.
        范例2:
Gone is the time when university students were all thought highly of, for university students at that time were scarce and could be guaranteed a well-paid job after their graduation. Today, university students devalued greatly. Their salary shrinks, not to mention those still struggling to secure a job. There are external and internal causes that may account for the phenomenon: economic downturn results in enormous loss of employment which put hundreds of thousands of graduates out of work. Also, employers tend to prefer employees with related work experience which shuts the door for graduates. On the other hand, compared to ordinary people, university students are no longer competitive as they once were. Additionally, some graduates are reluctant to apply for jobs whose salary does not meet their expectation.
