近日，一个名为“滴滴打车”的app软件在itunes上横空出世，并且吸引了众多眼球。该项app旨在缓解打车压力，帮助用户定位当前所在地，定义目的地，并将相关信息发送至安装有接收器的出租车上，实现电子下单。但该app的一项“加价打车”功能（郊区打车加价5-20元作为给司机的小费），引起了多方面的注意。而最新消息显示，“滴滴打车”已受到相关部门管制并处以一定的罚款。

When first know this kind of APP, I see it as the most convenient App for us especially for the people who lives in the metropolis. However, this must harm some administration’s interests for the out of control of the extra money passengers give to the drivers as tips. Actually, in my opinion, this is a kind of good thing for our society and would boost the economic development. There is a need, there is a supply.The difficulty to call a taxi led to the existence of this kind of app then the person who enjoys this kind of convinience has the duty to pay more. And the tips is also a good machinism to impluse the driver to provide better service.
