范例1：
Raising fares can never be a solution. Beijing may have the lowest transportation costs for the people who cannot afford an apartment and usually have to accommodate themselves far from their workplace, and there are more than nine million of them. It usually takes about 90 minutes on average for them to go to work, and taxis are an important complement to the always-crowded public transportation system. With the fares increased by a large margin, life would become even harder for ordinary people. And even if the government were to raise the fares as compensation to the drivers, it should never be 50% at a time.
范例2：
News came that the expenses for taking taxi in Beijing would see a rise. In most cities around China, not to mention Beijing, the capital city, public traffic is a dilemma that people must confront and cope with. And it is of difficulty to solve this problem. And I doubt whether it can be solved by merely raising the taxi fares. On the one hand, the taxi drivers will work harder since they can earn more than before so that it is easier for the passengers to take a taxi. On the other hand, people may prefer other ways of going out because of the high taxi fares. To raise or not to raise, that is a question.
