You will get the best of the vowel /e/ if your mouth and tongue are held between /ɪ/ and /æ/.元音/e/发音短促，唇形和舌位都是介于/ɪ/和/æ/之间。
【发音要领】
/e/是一个短元音。发音时，舌尖抵住“舌尖本位”，舌前部稍抬高，介于元音/ɪ/和/æ/之间；唇形的开口也是介于这两个音标之间，振动声带，发出短促的声音。
