A judge has ruled that “Gossip Girl” star Kelly Rutherford’s children may remain in Monaco with their father. Rutherford, 43, divorced Daniel Giersch, in 2009. Since then, the two have been battling over custody of their two children, Hermes and Helena, now 5 and 3.
For Kelly Rutherford, life must go on.The Gossip Girl star jumped back into work in New York City, a day after a judge ruled that her two children with her estranged ex-husband.
However, Kelly Rutherford's custody battle is far from over. She speaks out: "I will never stop fighting for my children. They're my babies and they're very young and this is going to affect them profoundly and I want to be there as much as I can to show them that that this isn't my fault…this isn't something I wanted…".
