【关于动机】 这首歌曲是我沉寂了半年多的作品。半年来，和其他选择考研的同学一样，我坚守着自己的信念，付出着自己的汗水，克服着不和谐的外在因素，憧憬着属于自己的舞台。
【关于主题】这首歌想表达的便是这样一个态度，当你确定好了不做马戏团的小丑，而争取做自己的主人的时候，你的征程才刚刚开始，孤军奋战的你面临的是变幻莫测的世界，虽然你坚信家园就在远方，但你会迷失在一条昏暗深邃的巷子中，周围的世界仿佛在讥讽你，在怀疑你，混淆着你的视听。
如果你开始失去自我，确实你看到只是浮躁和迷茫而已；但如果你紧握双拳，毫不掩饰自己向往光明的正义感，那么你将收获的不止是收获本身，或许，任督二脉已悄然开启了！
【关于音乐】在编配上，我选择一些饱满的和弦，令感觉模糊而细腻，配上华尔兹的3/4舞步，感觉季节在跳越，说不清故事从哪里开始又从哪里结束，音符不曾休止，只有焦躁的心情渐渐淡出。
